Is there a free trial?
Yes! All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You can downgrade or cancel at any time.
Can I pay with M-Pesa?
Absolutely. We support M-Pesa STK Push and Paybill payments. It's our primary payment method for Kenyan customers. Card and PayPal payments are also available.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can change your billing cycle at any time from the Billing page. Annual billing saves you 20% compared to paying monthly.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade or cancel, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period — your documents are never deleted.
Are the signatures legally binding in Kenya?
Yes. Skyfalke Sign complies with the Kenya Information and Communications Act (KICA) and the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019, making signatures legally admissible in Kenyan courts.
Are signatures valid outside Kenya?
Yes. The platform is aligned with international e-signature frameworks including GDPR and eIDAS in the EU and the ESIGN Act in the US, and every document carries a court-admissible audit trail and completion certificate.
Do recipients need an account to sign?
Yes — recipients sign in (or create a free account) with the email address the invitation was sent to. This verifies the signer's identity and strengthens the legal audit trail. Recipients never need a paid plan.
What happens when I exceed my plan limits?
We'll notify you before you reach your limit. You can upgrade at any time or purchase additional document credits with Pay As You Go.
Do Pay As You Go documents include the same features?
Yes. Every document — subscription or on-demand — includes legally binding signatures, the full audit trail, and a completion certificate.
How secure is my data?
Documents are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, with immutable audit logs and SHA-256 hashing that makes any post-signature modification immediately detectable.
Is my data stored in Kenya/Africa?
We offer data residency options including Africa-region storage. Enterprise plans can specify data residency requirements.
